Black Leaders Spotlight: Patrick Loch Otieno Lumumba

Patrick Loch Otieno Lumumba otherwise known as, PLO Lumumba is a Kenyan professor of public law and the Director of the Kenya School of Law. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), and a Masters of Laws (LLM), from the University of Nairobi, followed by a PhD in the Laws of the Sea at the University of Ghent in Belgium. He is an Advocate of the High Courts of Kenya and Tanganyika and a Certified Mediator. He is a former Director of the defunct Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission (KACC), (Now Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC)). He is the Founding Trustee of the African Institute for Leaders and Leadership (AILL). He currently practices Law with Lumumba and Lumumba Advocates and coordinates activities under the aegis of the PLO Lumumba Foundation to which he is the founder.
